We're hiring CDL-A drivers-recent graduates and trainees for a regional dry van account covering 11 Western States. Run consistent routes across the West, typically staying close to home and predictable lanes

Pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300-$1,500
• Average Annual Pay: $67,600-$78,000
• Weekly Miles: 1,700-2,100
• Trainee Pay: $850/week
• Driver Performance Bonus
• Stop Pay: $15.00
• Unload Pay: $20 for assist/pallet jack/tailgate, $80 for full hand unload
• 3-month pay guarantee after first solo dispatch

Home Time

• Home every two weeks
• Both day and night shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Holiday work expected, though time off can be arranged with your driver leader

• Runs typically 12 days, with the option to run further if you want to

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Safe driving record
• Recent CDL school graduates are Needed ONLY
