Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Training for Recent Grads: $700 Weekly
• Pay: $1,450 - $1,550 per week
• Stop Pay: $40 for loads under 100 miles
• Weekly Mileage: 2,500 - 3,000 miles
• Bonus: Based on availability, service, and safety
• Bonuses: Monthly performance-based incentives

• Paid orientation (1–2 days)

Position Details

• Freight Type: Dry Van, No Touch Freight
• Operating Areas: AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, SC, TN
• Home Time: Weekly (leave Sunday, return Friday or leave Monday, return Saturday)
• Shifts: Day and Night
• Freight: 100% no-touch ( live load/unload, drop & hook)

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• No experience required
• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean background check
• No terminations from previous employment
• No felonies, at-fault accidents, or DUIs
• No misdemeanors in the past 10 years
• All driving violations, including speeding tickets, will be reviewed

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed for loading and unloading.
