Looking for Local Truck Drivers
Hiring Area: Elk Grove Village, IL
Dedicated Mid-WestRoute
No Experience Drivers are welcome - OTR Training is provided

Pay and Benefits:

• Paid Training for Recent Grads
• $700/week during training for eligible new drivers
• Average Earnings: 1,450-1,520
• Paid Orientation: $300
• Covered trip & meals
• Driver will get paid every week
• Top 20% drivers earn up to $1,600 per week

Schedule:

• Available Shifts: Day & Night
• Local Schedule: Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday- Saturday
• Regional: Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday
• Home Time: Daily OR Weekly

Freight and Work:

• Primarily Local freight
• Preloaded freight: Drop & Hook
• Dedicated Lane: No Touch Freight
• Automatic Trucks: Dry Van & Reefer
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,900-2,200

Additional details:

• Transition pay: Up to $1,500
• Stop Pay: $20
• Holiday events are optional
• Earn up to an additional 3 CPM Bonus

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A
• Age: 21+ years old
• 6 months experience required
• Must meet DOT regulations & Clean MVR
• No Experience Drivers are eligible for OTR training

Responsibilities:

• Run 2,000–2,200 miles per week as a solo driver
• Safely drive and inspect CDL‑A trucks
• Keep accurate logs and follow policies
• Coordinate with dispatch for on‑time deliveries
