Pay & Compensation

Average pay: $1,200 – $1,500/week

Estimated annual pay: $63,000 - $78,000

CPM: 55¢ – 65¢ (increases 1 CPM annually, maxing out after 15 years)

Average miles: 2,000 – 2,500 per week

Home Time

• Home every day after your shift(minimum 10 hour break)
• Night shift

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Handle local dry freight throughout California with 100% no-touch loads. Count on steady, year-round work and reliable freight while staying on local routes

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age 21, per FMCSA interstate driving requirements
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 40 miles of Shafter, CA
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
