About the role

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. Successful candidates will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent customer service through different communication channels. Depending on the assigned account, representatives may handle phone calls, emails, live chats, or a combination of these channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and professional communication.
• Document customer interactions and update records.
• Follow company policies, account procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, or assist through email, live chat, or other written communication channels depending on account type.
• Switch between communication channels based on customer needs and account requirements.

About you

• High school graduates, senior high school graduates, undergraduates, and college graduates may apply, depending on account requirements.
• Applicants with or without BPO experience may be considered, depending on the available account.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and in shifting schedules, including night shifts, if required.
• Willingness to undergo the recruitment process and company-provided training.
