No Experience Class-A CDL Truck Driver - Home weekly

Build your trucking career without putting your home life on hold. Recent CDL-A graduates are welcome, and no experience is required. Earn competitive weekly pay, gain valuable regional driving experience, and enjoy weekly home time while staying closer to home

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,700/week
• Annual equivalent: $68,000–$88,000/year
• CPM: 55¢-70¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 15 years)
• Miles: 2,000–2,400 per week

Home Time

• Home once a week for 2 days

Orientation

• One day long
• Covers safety procedures, equipment familiarization, drug screening, and skills assessment
• Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck
• Transportation and hotel accommodations provided

Freight

• Haul 100% no-touch dry general commodity freight on a dedicated Eastern Seaboard regional account. Drivers run established lanes across the region with dependable freight activity, consistent miles, and year-round opportunities

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
• Automatic transmission only - manual restriction accepted
• Assigned truck

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• No prior experience needed - new graduates welcome
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must reside within 75 miles of The Woodlands, TX
• Basic load securement knowledge
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months
• MVR checked for last 3 years
• Background check for last 10 years
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screening

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on cross-country lanes
• Perform pre and post trip inspections daily
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
• Deliver 100% no-touch dry freight safely and on schedule
• Operate automatic tractors with 48–53 foot trailers
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
