CDL-A Truck Driver – Dedicated Regional | Weekend Home Time

We're currently hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional position in Norfolk, VA. This opportunity is a good fit for drivers looking for steady freight, competitive pay, and regular weekend home time. Qualified trainees and experienced drivers can be considered.

Weekly Pay

• Average $1,800 per week
• $0.90 per mile
• $250 per load for unloading
• $100 bonus pay
• $20 stop pay
• $40 short-haul pay
• Approximately 1,000 miles per week
• Paid weekly

Route & Schedule

• Full-time dedicated position
• Home every weekend
• Regional operation
• Day and night driving opportunities
• Consistent dedicated freight
• Dry van equipment

Freight & Delivery

• Dry van freight
• Live unloads
• Full hand unloading
• Drivers are responsible for unloading at delivery locations
• Some stops may require maneuvering in tight areas

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age of 21
• Trainees may be considered
• Experienced first-seat drivers welcome
• Comfortable with physical unloading
• Available for night driving when scheduled
• Willing to work weekends
• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Unload freight at customer locations
• Keep ELD logs accurate and up to date
• Follow all DOT requirements and safety procedures
• Safely back and maneuver in customer facilities
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the route
