We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional routes running north from Virginia into the Northeast. This position offers consistent miles, flexible home time, and the opportunity to earn more as your experience and tenure increase.

PAY & EARNING POTENTIAL

• Average weekly earnings: $1,500 - $2,000
• Starting pay: $0.55 CPM
• Pay increases by $0.01 CPM with tenure
• Top mileage rate: up to $0.65 CPM
• Weekly mileage: approximately 1,500 - 2,800 miles
• Reaching approximately 1,900 miles per week can unlock weekends off
• Guaranteed pay available for qualifying drivers after going solo
• Performance-based earning opportunities available

HOME TIME

• Flexible home-time options
• 34-hour weekly resets
• Weekend home time available based on miles and schedule
• Drivers reaching approximately 1,900 miles can qualify for weekends off

REGIONAL ROUTES

• Regional operation running north from Virginia into the Northeast
• Consistent regional freight
• Mostly drop-and-hook operations
• Some live loads and live unloads
• Established lanes and dependable miles
• City driving may be required

FREIGHT & EQUIPMENT

• Dry van freight
• Combination of drop & hook and live loads
• Preloaded trailers
• Modern tractor-trailer equipment
• No specialized equipment required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Transport freight throughout assigned regional lanes
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Prior tractor-trailer driving experience required
• Safe and responsible driving history
• Ability to operate in regional and Northeast markets
• Must be available for day and night driving
• Weekend work may be required depending on schedule
• Must be able to meet applicable DOT requirements
