Ready to begin your journey as a CDL-A driver? We give new drivers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience on regional routes while enjoying weekly home time. Start developing your skills on the road without giving up your weekends with family and friends

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,500 - $1,800/week
• Estimated annual pay: $78,000 - $94,000
• CPM: 60¢ - 70¢ (increased by 1 CPM annually, maxing out in 10 years)
• Average miles: 2,400 - 2,600 per week

Home Time

• Home every weekend

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Travel regional routes across the Western states, hauling dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads from pickup through delivery. Keep moving with consistent, year-round freight and regular opportunities throughout the region

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 100 miles of Puyallup, WA
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
