Regional Class-A Truck Driver - No Experience Needed

Just earned your CDL-A? No prior driving experience is required. Start your trucking career on regional routes with excellent earning potential from day one. Build your experience behind the wheel, strengthen your skills, and turn your CDL into a long-term career opportunity

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,300 - $1,700/week
• Estimated annual pay: $78,000 - $100,000
• CPM: 55¢ - 70¢ (based on experience)
• Stop pay: $10 per stop
• Average miles: 2,200 - 2,600 per week

Home Time

• Once a week
• 2 days at home after every 5 days on the road

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Cover regional routes across 5 Western states, transporting 100% no-touch dry van freight. Enjoy year-round freight availability and steady opportunities to keep rolling mile after mile

Equipment

• Operate 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth T680s.
• All trucks feature automatic transmissions.
• Your assigned truck: Receive a truck assigned specifically to you.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 75 miles of Sandy, UT
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
