CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver – No Experience Welcome | $1,400–$1,800 Weekly

Location: Spokane, WA

We are hiring motivated and safety-conscious CDL-A drivers for dedicated regional routes operating out of Spokane, Washington. This opportunity offers competitive weekly earnings, consistent freight, and flexible home-time arrangements.

Both recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers are encouraged to apply. Qualified trainees are welcome, making this a great opportunity to begin or advance your professional trucking career.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400–$1,800
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 2,000–3,000 miles
• Trainee Pay: $900
• Compensation includes base pay and loaded-mileage pay
• $15 per additional stop
• Driver Performance Bonus opportunities
• Three-month guaranteed-pay program following the first solo dispatch, subject to program terms
• Consistent freight with opportunities for steady weekly earnings

• Schedule: Day and Night Driving
• Weekend Work: Required

Home Time & Schedule

• Multiple home-time arrangements may be available depending on assigned routes
• Options include weekly home time, every other day, or every two to four days
• 34-hour weekly restarts available
• Weekend driving is required
• Daytime and nighttime shifts
• Holiday work required when customer operations are active
• All dedicated routes return to Sumner, WA

Freight & Equipment

• Dedicated heavy-haul operations
• Primarily preloaded trailers
• Drop-and-hook opportunities
• Live unloading performed at customer facilities
• Customer locations generally provide timely unloading
• Drivers may be required to install tire chains when road or weather conditions demand

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer
• Transport freight along assigned dedicated routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL graduates and qualified trainees are welcome
• Experienced CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply
• No additional endorsements required
• Must meet applicable DOT safety and qualification standards
• Acceptable driving record
• Willingness to work weekends and applicable holidays
• Comfortable with daytime and nighttime driving
