Job overview:

You'll rotate through key areas of our CX and site operations, working directly with senior leaders to learn how a global organization runs — from operations and people management to performance and client delivery. This is a structured, fast-track program designed to build future site and business leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a top Manila university (Ateneo, De La Salle, UP, UST, and other leading schools)
• Completed coursework or certifications in management, business administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership potential (student org, sports, or campus leadership a plus)
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn fast and take ownership early
• Should be willing to work onsite on a pre-dominantly nigh/shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
