Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, record, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and internal correspondence.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, documents, and parcels in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
• Maintain mail logs, tracking records, proof of delivery documentation, and shipment status reports.
• Coordinate with courier vendors and service providers regarding pickups, deliveries, and service concerns.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Handle confidential and sensitive documents securely and ensure delivery to authorized recipients.
• Maintain organized mail storage areas and manage the proper disposition of unclaimed items in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of mailroom supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Support administrative and facilities-related activities as assigned.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance mailroom efficiency and service quality.

What we're looking for?

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• At least a Senior High School or High school old curriculum graduates
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle
• Candidates residing in Taguig or nearby areas are preferred, but this is not a requirement
• Should be willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati or BGC, Taguig
