Pay & Incentives

• Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500/week
• CPM rate: 60–70 CPM (increased by 1 CPM annually, max out in 10 years)
• Annual equivalent: $72,000–$78,000/year
• Miles: ~2,000–2,500 per week

Home Time

• Home every week — 10 days out, 2 days home
• Day off typically includes Saturday or Sunday
• Both Day and Night shifts available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL in good standing
• 21 or older
• Entry-level drivers are welcome — 0 months of experience required
• Minor violations reviewed case by case
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Operate automatic tractor with 48'–53' trailer
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
