Job Overview

Ready for a driving position that offers strong earning potential, dependable freight, and weekly home time? We're looking for reliable CDL-A drivers to operate dedicated regional routes out of the Glendale, AZ area.

Drivers will transport dry freight across Arizona, Utah, and select areas of Southern California. This opportunity is a great fit for drivers who prefer consistent routes and don't mind hands-on unloading duties.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $78,000–$88,400, based on 52 paid weeks
• $220 per load
• $250 unloading compensation per load
• $25 bonus for a clean DOT inspection
• Safety and on-time performance bonus of up to 3% of eligible mileage pay

Actual earnings depend on freight volume, scheduling, and individual performance. Bonuses and additional compensation are subject to eligibility requirements.

Routes & Home Time

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset
• Regional deliveries throughout Arizona, Utah, and Southern California
• Approximately 3 loads per week
• Days off generally scheduled during the week
• Work schedules may change based on freight demand

Job Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated dry van freight to assigned retail locations
• Unload freight using roto carts and lift gates
• Safely navigate tight delivery areas and perform backing maneuvers
• Complete deliveries according to route schedules
• Follow all safety procedures and delivery requirements

Important: This is a touch-freight position that requires physical unloading.

Equipment Provided

• Modern sleeper-cab trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• 53-foot dry van trailers

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• No prior CDL driving experience required
• Meet all applicable DOT regulations and qualifications
• Maintain a safe driving record and satisfy company safety standards
• Pass all required DOT screenings
• Be physically able to unload freight
• Demonstrate safe backing and maneuvering abilities
• Maintain a dependable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude
