CDL Class A Truck Driver – OTR
Location: Williamsport, PA
Pay: $62,400 – $93,600 per year (avg. $1,200–$1,800/week)

About the Role
We are hiring CDL Class A drivers for an opportunity based out of Williamsport, PA. Drivers run with authority hauling dry van freight, with 70% drop-and-hook and 100% no-touch freight. Drivers are typically out 5–7 days at a time before returning home, with a full 34-hour reset built into the weekly schedule. Trainees, experienced solo drivers, pre-made teams, owner operators, and lease purchase drivers are all welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Home time: 5-7 days, 34-hour reset
• Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,800
• CPM increases to $0.70 within 3 months
• Paid weekly via direct deposit every Friday
• Breakdown Pay: $100
• Layover Pay: $40 after 24 hours
• Dock Detention Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours
• Multi-Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding 1st and last)
• Paid Orientation
• Late-model Peterbilt, Freightliner, and International equipment (average age 1.5 years)
• 100% automatic transmission sleepers, with double bunks and fridges

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle
• Transport dry van freight according to scheduled delivery times
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELogs and required documentation
• Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Experience Level: Trainees and Experienced Drivers welcome
• Special Equipment: Dry Van
• Endorsements: None required
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Good safety record and responsible driving habits
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of Williamsport, PA
