Job Summary-

We are looking for a motivated NOC/SOC Analyst L1 to monitor IT infrastructure, network availability, and security events. The candidate will perform initial troubleshooting, analyze alerts, manage incident tickets, and escalate issues within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, networks, applications, and security alerts.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and alert validation.
• Monitor security events using SIEM tools and escalate potential threats.
• Create and update incident tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for incident resolution.
• Maintain shift handover reports and operational documentation.
• Follow SOPs, security guidelines, and escalation procedures.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux, and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of monitoring, incident management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Wazuh, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
