The NOC’s top priority is to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that our systems are available and reliable 24/7. You will be responsible for monitoring our data center infrastructure, servers, networks, services, and logs, as well as supporting our worldwide B2B customers by providing an initial technical response, including:

• Identifying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues independently, while following the appropriate escalation procedures.
• Responding to customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner, according to documented SLAs.
• Providing reliable and professional technical assistance to our customers.
• Developing a broad understanding of customer needs and providing effective support.
• Monitoring systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure operational continuity.
• Working closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Working is in shifts 24/7, nights, weekends, and Holidays – MUST.

• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to work in a stress situations, Self-control, and calm Excellent customer service skills

• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Quick learner & details oriented.

• Require mobility.

• Experience in NOC / technical support - an advantage
