NOC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network alarms and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Manage tickets and maintain operational records.
• Support service restoration and SLA compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in network operations, telecom, ISP, or data center environments.
• Basic knowledge of fiber networks, IP networking, and monitoring tools.
• Willing to work on a 24x7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
