ITSM & Service Operations Management
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management with hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.

Process Automation & Scripting
- Experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
Data Center Migration & Transformation
- Exposure to Data Center Move, Infrastructure Migration, Disaster Recovery, and Transformation initiatives.
Advanced Monitoring & Infrastructure Technologies
- Experience with tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, along with Cloud and Citrix environments.
