- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding network-related problems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require coordination across multiple systems.
- Develop documentation for NOC processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Job Requirements :
- 3-14 years of experience in NOC operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP protocols and routing concepts.
- Experience with monitoring software such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Prometheus; ability to learn new tools quickly.
