NOC Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers / Operators to join our Control & Maintenance team for an upcoming telecommunications infrastructure O&M project in South Mindanao. You will be responsible for 24/7 real-time network monitoring, incident logging, alarm escalation, and coordinating with field teams for swift fault resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure status, fiber links, and system alarms continuously.
• Receive, log, track, and close trouble tickets accurately in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate directly with Supervisors, PCM, Maintenance Technicians, and Field Corrective Teams (OTDR/Splicers) to resolve network outages.
• Escalate critical network incidents promptly to management.
• Maintain detailed shift handover logs, incident reports, and daily network health summaries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in Telecommunications, ECE, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in telecommunications operations, fiber optic network monitoring, or NOC operations is preferred
• Basic understanding of fiber optic networks (OSP/ISP), OTDR trace interpretation, network monitoring tools, and trouble ticketing systems.
• Willingness to work on 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multi-tasking skills under high-pressure conditions

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
