NOC Engineer (Permanent WFH)

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and maintain clients' network, server, and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint-related issues.
• Manage and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts.
• Manage Azure resources such as virtual machines, networking, storage, and cloud services.
• Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application deployment, compliance, and endpoint security.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, backups, and health checks.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Work with internal teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in networking, cloud, and endpoint management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer or Network Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment
• Strong technical expertise in network protocols, technologies and equipment (e.g. TCP/IP, Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, routers, switches)
• Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a 24/7 on-call or shift-based environment would be an advantage
• Familiar with infrastructure components such as servers, firewalls, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
