NOC Engineer, up to 40K

Job Duties:

• Monitor network/infrastructure performance and health using NOC tools and dashboards.
• Detect, triage, and escalate incidents in accordance with SLA and priority levels.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for network outages, latency issues, packet loss, and service degradations.
• Perform log analysis and root cause investigation (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Support network change activities (scheduled maintenance, configuration updates) as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a NOC / Network Support environment (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with common networking protocols and services (BGP/OSPF basics, DNS, DHCP, , VLANs, SNMP, syslog).
• 1st Tier troubleshooting skills in switches/ router/ firewalls.
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (examples: Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds).
