NOC Engineer/NOC Specialist (Onsite/Shifting)

Location: Philippines – Cybergate, Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: FULL ONSITE - Shifting (Shift 1: 6:00am - 3:00pm, Shift 2: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Shift 3: 12:00nn - 9:00pm, Shift 4: 2:00pm - 11:00pm, Shift 5: 10:00pm - 7:00am)

• Rest Days: 6 days off per month
• Weekend Duty: Weekend shifts required as scheduled (typically 2 Saturdays per month)

Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Salary: 20K - 40K

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least 2 years of network engineering or a similar role
• MUST have technical documentations skills
• Perform 24/7 network monitoring for LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud, and companywide infrastructure
• Manage network incidents: detection, response, and escalation
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers for main sites, track and document trouble tickets
• Monitor approved network-related activities and validate post-change network stability and performance
• Monitor health of network devices (firewalls, VPN tunnels, network switches)
• Document incidents: maintain tickets, logs, and outage reports; prepare RCA inputs for major incidents
