NOC Engineer/Staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Electronics Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, or any related technical course.
• With experience in telecommunications, network monitoring, technical support, or IT operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Familiarity with network monitoring systems, alarm monitoring, and incident or ticket management tools is an advantage.
• Capable of monitoring network performance, identifying network alarms, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate team.
• Able to prepare incident reports, monitoring logs, and daily operational reports.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with field technicians and other technical teams.
• Can start ASAP.
