What they need
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform operational tasks, monitor incidents and IT services, and follow established processes and SLAs. –
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, provide updates, and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintain accurate documentation, tickets, and knowledge bases while supporting IT service management processes.
- Collaborate with the team on service delivery, shift turnovers, training, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 1 year of NOC Operations experience or completion of the TRENDS Cadetship Program.
- Knowledge or certifications in: IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure (Network, Servers, Cloud, Cybersecurity / Information Security
