NOC L2 Analyst

I. Purpose

Support the delivery of reliable IT operations by managing network and security systems, ensuring service availability, operational efficiency, and the protection of organizational data and infrastructure.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to established processes and procedures. Monitor network and security environments, manage incidents through resolution, maintain accurate documentation, support Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, administer IT assets and user access, ensure compliance with company policies and service standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

III. Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience/Training

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in systems, network, or security administration.
• Relevant training and/or certifications in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.

IV. Working Conditions

• Reports onsite to the company's office in Makati City on a shifting schedule.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders through onsite and remote engagements.
• May travel for client meetings, incident response activities, and company-sponsored events.
• Expected to participate in training programs and obtain role-related certifications as required.
