NOC SD-WAN & Network Operations Engineer (L2)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day NOC and Technical Operations activities across telecom and network services
• Manage resource planning, workforce allocation, and 24x7 NOC shift operations
• Ensure SLA, KPI, service availability, and operational performance targets are met
• Lead incident, problem, change, and major incident management activities
• Handle service escalations and coordinate resolution of critical NOC, network, and SD-WAN issues
• Coordinate customer communications and provide timely stakeholder updates
• Prepare operational reviews, performance dashboards, and management reports
• Monitor capacity, availability, and overall service performance across Optical, Ethernet/IP, SD-WAN, Voice, and Infrastructure
• Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives
• Identify service improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, ITIL practices, and service standards
• Collaborate with engineering, service delivery, customers, and internal teams
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for NOC team members

Required Experience / Skills:

• 7–9 years of experience in telecom/network operations
• 5+ years of experience managing NOC teams
• Mandatory hands-on NOC / Network Operations experience
• Mandatory SD-WAN operations and support experience
• Proven experience managing 24x7 NOC environments
• Strong experience in incident, problem, change, and major incident management
• Strong team leadership and resource management experience
• Customer management and service delivery experience
• ITIL Foundation/Intermediate certification or equivalent experience
• Strong operational reporting and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Php95,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in National Capital Region
