NOC Shift CNA

Granite Creek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our amazing team! Hiring Full Time (NOC Shift) and PRN (As Needed) State Certified CNAs/ LNAs

We do 12 hour shifts - 6-6

Pay: $18.00-$23.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing/long term care environment, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize charting systems to document patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required - New Grads Welcome!
• BLS/CPR certification
• Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as a part of a team!
