Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NOC Trainer with a minimum of 3 years of training experience and a strong technical background in network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training to NOC engineers, developing training materials, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring that trainees are equipped to handle real-time network monitoring and incident management activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of NOC operations, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in delivering technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to NOC engineers on network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation procedures.
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.
• Train employees on NOC processes, ticket management, incident logging, SLA adherence, and escalation matrices.
• Provide hands-on training on network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, SOPs, process documents, and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct assessments, mock scenarios, and practical evaluations to measure trainee performance.
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide feedback, coaching, and additional training where required.
• Support onboarding and technical upskilling of new and existing NOC team members.
• Collaborate with NOC operations teams to ensure training content aligns with real-world operational requirements.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, performance reports, and training completion records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical training, preferably in NOC, networking, IT infrastructure, or telecom operations.
• Strong understanding of NOC operations, network monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation procedures.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing or incident management systems.
• Proven ability to conduct technical training sessions and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create training content, conduct assessments, and evaluate trainee performance.
• Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office in a 247 rotational shift environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA or CCNP certification, or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Experience training L1/L2 NOC engineers or IT support teams.
• Experience in telecom, ISP, managed services, or enterprise network operations.
• Exposure to ITIL, SLA management, and incident management processes.
