About the Role

udChalo is looking for an Ex-Serviceman to join as Nodal Manager at Jallandhar, responsible for driving sales and business development activities in the assigned area.

The role is particularly suited to a JCO/NCO with good communication skills, basic computer proficiency and experience in sales, business development, customer engagement or a similar profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities in the assigned area.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and relevant local stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to increase udChalos customer base and business.

• Coordinate and facilitate local business development activities.

• Represent udChalo professionally in the assigned area.

• Follow up on leads, enquiries and business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned business and performance targets.

• Maintain basic records and reports using computer-based systems.

• Coordinate with the udChalo team at the corporate/operational level for smooth execution of activities.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• Ex-Serviceman, preferably JCO/NCO.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Ability to interact confidently with customers and local stakeholders.

• Willingness to undertake sales and business development responsibilities.

Preferred:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar profile.

• Experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles or field operations.

Compensation Benefits

• 22,000per month, including incentives.

• Performance-based incentives in addition to the applicable compensation structure.
