Node Js Backend Developer

Job highlights

• 6+ years software development experience with strong TypeScript, React, Node.js (NestJS preferred), and API design skills

• Develop frontend and backend applications, design APIs and data models, build custom dashboards, and operate cloud-native containerized applications

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 8+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript development Extensive experience building frontend applications using React

• Strong experience developing backend services using Node.js frameworks (NestJS preferred)

• Experience designing APIs, service boundaries, and data models Strong familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows

• Experience building custom dashboards or data-rich user interfaces

• Experience working with time-series, telemetry, or streaming data

• Exposure to CLEAN architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts

• Experience with containerized applications (e.g., Docker) and container platforms (e.g., ECS)

• Experience operating and supporting applications in production environments

• Good to have - prior domain experience in renewable energy, particularly in areas related to plant performance, monitoring, or analytics
