Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Backend Node.js Developer with over 6 years of experience to build and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust APIs, working on microservices architecture, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient backend solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).
• API Development & Integration: Build secure, scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Microservices Architecture: Develop and manage microservices, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and maintainability.
• Database Management: Design and optimize databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and handle data modeling and performance tuning.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and response times.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Security & Compliance: Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams; support deployments and production issues.

• Node.js & Backend Frameworks (Express.js / NestJS) - Expert
• API Development (REST / GraphQL) - Expert
• Database Management (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL) - Advanced
• Microservices & System Design - Advanced
• DevOps & Cloud (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure) - Advanced

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of additional programming languages
• Familiarity with monitoring tools
