Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations and lead our passionate team:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily administrative and financial operations, including fee processing, account statements, and funding requests.
• Compliance & Records: Ensure full adherence to national quality standards, manage educator-to-child ratios, and maintain precise centre records.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a cohesive team of educators to maintain high-quality pedagogy and care.
• Community Engagement: Foster inclusive, meaningful partnerships with families from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
• Platform Management: Utilize operational platforms (Kidsoft and Storypark) to maintain seamless centre communication and documentation.

Key Requirements

• Formal Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Certifications & Checks:
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Child Protection Training Certificate.
• Safe Sleep Training Certificate.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Highly Desirable).
• Technical & Interpersonal Skills:
• Proven leadership experience in an ECEC setting.
• Practical proficiency in Kidsoft and Storypark.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong connections within a multicultural community.

Pay: $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Eight Mile Plains QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High School (Year 9-11) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Centre Director Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English/ Mandarin (Preferred)
