Nominated Supervisor

Bee Me Early Learners is seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Nominated Supervisor to join our team.

We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about early childhood education and can support our educators, children and families while ensuring the service maintains high standards of care, compliance and professional practice.

As Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service and providing strong, positive and consistent leadership to our team.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and mentoring educators
• Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations
• Supporting the implementation of the EYLF V2.0 and quality educational programs
• Maintaining and contributing to the service Quality Improvement Plan
• Managing staffing, rosters and educator-to-child ratios
• Ensuring children's health, safety, wellbeing and supervision remain a priority
• Supporting professional development and reflective practice
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Supporting enrolments and service administration
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records

About you

• Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor or in an early childhood management/leadership role
• An approved early childhood education and care qualification suitable for the position
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the NQF, NQS, National Law and Regulations and EYLF V2.0
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Current Safe Sleep training/certification
• Current Food Handling/Food Safety certification
• Current Geccko training
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and supporting educators
