Nominated Supervisor - Part-Time Permanent Position

We believe in growing leaders from within. This role provides a supported pathway towards future opportunities as a Mother Duck Franchisee Owner-Operator for the right person.

As one of our franchisee-led centres, Gaythorne offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the franchisee, gaining hands-on mentorship, guidance and valuable insight into the operational, pedagogical and business aspects of early childhood leadership.

We are currently seeking a part time passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our Gaythorne service.

What we're looking for

✔ Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

✔ Previous leadership experience within an early childhood education and care service

✔ Current Blue Card

✔ Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard and relevant legislation

✔ A genuine passion for high-quality education, leadership, mentoring educators and building strong relationships with children and families
