Non-CDL Driver

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking dependable, professional, and

experienced Non-CDL Drivers to join our snow removal team. Candidates

must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Minimum of 2 seasons

of commercial snow plowing experience Prior experience operating

snowplows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products

Experience Supervising Other Laborers Skilled In Training Team Members on site-specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols

Comfortable navigating between job sites Able to communicate and

Interact Professionally With Clients And Crew Members Position Details On-call availability 24/7 during snow events Must be able to work long

shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and
