Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks to deliver goods across designated routes, following all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while practicing safe lifting practices.
• Assist with warehouse operations by moving materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries using mobile devices, including route logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Adhere to weight handling guidelines in the workplace to prevent injuries and ensure safe load distribution.
• Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting, manual transmission operation, and the use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driver experience with a focus on courier or non-CDL truck driving preferred.
• Warehouse experience is highly desirable, including material handling and warehouse operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks and personal vehicles required.
• Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic safety standards.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following manual handling best practices.
• Familiarity with route driving using mobile devices for navigation and delivery tracking.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients and team members.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
