NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT) ENGINEER - PROGRAMME

NDT GRADUATE PROGRAMME

We are looking for fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

This programme is designed to provide graduates with the technical knowledge, practical training, and site exposure required to develop a career in the NDT industry.

Programme Structure

First 3 Months – Training

• Undergo structured NDT technical and practical training
• Learn basic NDT methods, procedures, equipment, and safety requirements
• Receive hands-on training under experienced NDT personnel
• Learn how to interpret procedures and prepare basic inspection documentation
• Develop an understanding of industry and site safety requirements

After 3 Months – Site Assignment
Upon successful completion of the training programme, graduates will be assigned to site-based NDT work.

Site responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with and carrying out NDT inspection activities
• Operating NDT equipment according to approved procedures
• Recording and reporting inspection results
• Following client, project, and site safety requirements
• Working closely with NDT technicians, inspectors, supervisors, and other site personnel
• Travelling or being deployed to project sites when required

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from Sabah and Sarawak are encouraged to apply
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Welding, NDT, or other relevant technical disciplines
• Strong interest in developing a career in NDT / inspection
• Willing to be based in KL
• Willing to undergo 3 months of training
• Willing to work on-site after completion of training
• Willing to travel or be deployed to different project locations when required
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
• Able to follow strict safety procedures and technical instructions

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
