About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Non-IT Recruitment to lead recruitment delivery, manage a high-performing team, drive revenue, and ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Non-IT recruitment, particularly across industries such as Automobile, FMCG, FMCD, Manufacturing, Building Materials, Plant Hiring, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Delivery Management

• Lead and manage a team of Non-IT recruitment professionals.
• Plan and distribute roles/requisitions among team members based on capability, workload, and priority.
• Monitor individual and team performance against hiring targets and delivery timelines.
• Ensure 100% ownership and timely closure of assigned requirements.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and TAT.

P&L & Revenue Management

• Take ownership of the team's P&L, revenue targets, and profitability.
• Drive revenue through successful closure of client mandates.
• Monitor billing, collections, productivity, and overall commercial performance.
• Develop strategies to improve team productivity, margins, and revenue contribution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and understand hiring requirements, priorities, and business expectations.
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide recruitment delivery updates.
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strengthen existing accounts.

Recruitment Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for Non-IT positions.
• Ensure adequate candidate pipeline and quality submissions against client requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and productivity.
• Ensure recruitment teams consistently meet agreed SLAs and delivery commitments.
• Work closely with recruiters and clients to resolve challenges affecting closures.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of overall recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Non-IT recruitment.
• Prior experience managing a recruitment delivery team.
• Strong understanding of volume and lateral hiring across industrial/non-IT sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance, P&L, revenue, client relationships, and delivery simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
