Non IT HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various IT and NON-IT roles through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for both IT & NON-IT domains.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders effectively.
