Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in bulk hiring and general staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, along with expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
• Handle bulk hiring requirements across multiple domains
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently
• Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring processes
• Work on general staffing mandates with quick turnaround time
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (3?5 years)
• Strong exposure to bulk hiring and general staffing
• Experience in hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles
• Knowledge of C2H hiring models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in any discipline
• Experience working in a staffing or consulting firm is an advantage
