Sourcing, Screening, Non-IT recruitment, end to end recruitment coordination.

• Excellent communication skill

• End to end recruitment experience mainly in NON IT hiring such as finance, legal, information security, marcom

• Experience in sourcing profiles from all the job portals such as Naukri/Linked IN and Monster

• Ability to source profiles for complex roles - Good stake holder management

• Ability to collaborate within the team - Preferable from Tier 1 organization 1-3 years"

Shift Time -General 9.00 AM to 6.30 PM

Work mode (WFH/WFO) - WFO

• Salary: INR-4,14,000/ Yearly for 1-3years of experience

INR - 5,34,000/ Yearly for 2-3 years of experience

• Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days
