Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• 0.6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Non-IT / White Collar Recruitment.
• Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter to handle White Collar Hiring across multiple industries. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for corporate and professional roles excluding BPO hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar non-IT positions.
• Understand job requirements shared by clients/hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases and daily trackers.
• Build a strong pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure timely closures within assigned deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
