- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Develop job descriptions and requirements documents for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly heavy equipment sector.
- Proven track record of successful headhunting, lateral hiring, niche hiring, or similar roles.
