• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

• Laptop or Desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Smartphone for candidate communication.
• Quiet work environment at home.
• Commitment to work a minimum of 5 hours per day.
