Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate and construction positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on project requirements and technical skills.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, HODs, and management.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offer release, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of positions across project sites and corporate office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction roles such as Projects, Planning, Contracts, QS, MEP, Safety, Sales, CRM, and Support Functions.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
