Non It Recruiter

SPRS Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven BFSI Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and corporate BFSI clients to understand precise technical and cultural requirements.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize specialized channels, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter), headhunting, and professional networks to source niche financial talent.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct rigorous preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical domain knowledge, regulatory awareness, and cultural fit.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment processes align with company compliance and maintain daily/weekly hiring trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 4 years of dedicated recruitment experience specifically within the BFSI domain (Agency or Corporate).

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to effectively engage high-caliber financial professionals.

• Aptitude: High energy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
