This is a full-time, Work from Office (WFO) role specifically open for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You will learn how to source, screen, and select the right candidates for various non-technical industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing potential candidates from different channels like job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
• Screening resumes and applications to validate matching qualifications and skills.
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess communication skills, alignment, and interest.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining a structured database of candidates and tracking recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
• Good interpersonal skills with a confident and convincing personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet surfing.
• Ability to work from our Koramangala office daily.
